
Sales Expansion Executive

- Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers.
- Generate and send quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Track expansion requests and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently.
- Identifying new upselling & cross-selling opportunities from existing customers through outbound activities.
- Identify and recommend additional products to maximize revenue from expansion deals.
- Ensure that every expansion quote includes relevant upsell/cross-sell products before sending to the customer.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion sales.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their expansion needs and available solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of expansion requests in the CRM system.
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Experience in handling sales requests and generating quotes.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
- Strong sales mindset with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of Foodics products and their value to different business models is a plus.
