Position Overview Project Manager (Construction)
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with management and clients.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial control.
  • Supervise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track progress and quality.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, performance updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services in coordination with the procurement team.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
  • Nationality: Arab National – Egyptian
  • Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred).
  • Must be willing to relocate or travel as per project requirements.
  • Salary Range (Basic): SAR 7,000 – 8,000
