- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance business opportunities and negotiate competitive deals.
- Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants, ensuring high levels of customer service and effective handling of client inquiries and bookings.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create and promote tailored travel packages that meet the needs and preferences of diverse clientele.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry, with a focus on outbound travel in the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of diverse destinations and cultural nuances within the GCC and global travel markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
