Description:This position is responsible for accurately receiving and checking in all incoming products and guest packages, verifying quality, quantity, and condition. The role also includes preparing and shipping guest packages as well as handling in-house shipping needs for various departments.This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments. Clear and professional communication is essential when coordinating with vendors, colleagues, and guests.Qualifications:Previous experience in purchasing, receiving, or a similar role preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeepingEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple departmentsBasic computer skills for logging deliveries and shipmentsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service mindset when interacting with guests and vendors
