Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the construction industry (GCC Experience Required).The Project Manager will lead and oversee complex electrical projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-voltage substation projects and a proven track record of working in compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.Location: Makkah, Saudi ArabiaKey Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage high-voltage substation project from initiation to commissioning.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards.
  • Coordinate approvals, compliance, and inspections with SEC.
  • Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
  • Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Prepare progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing High Voltage Substations projects.
  • Must be approved by Saudi Electricity Company.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
