- Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively for campaigns and promotions.
- Lead and mentor social media team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on brand storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve performance.
- Experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
