We are seeking an experienced Interface Manager to lead and manage all technical and execution-related interfaces on a high-profile Saudi Aramco LSTK project involving the relocation of water wells. The project scope includes submersible pump systems, piping networks, electrical systems, and instrumentation & control infrastructure across multiple remote well locations. The Interface Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution and coordination of all inter-discipline, inter-contractor, and external stakeholder interfaces to enable smooth and compliant project execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan (IMP) in accordance with Saudi Aramco project procedures and contractual obligations.
- Identify and manage all internal and external interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Facilitate regular interface coordination meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment between engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C, civil) and other stakeholders (vendors, subcontractors, client teams).
- Prepare and maintain an up-to-date Interface Register capturing interface definitions, responsibilities, data exchange requirements, and close-out status.
- Monitor and drive the resolution of interface issues, proactively escalating unresolved or high-risk items to senior management.
- Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (PMT), consultants, and third-party entities to manage and close-out inter-organization interfaces.
- Support project controls by aligning interface deliverables with overall project schedule and milestones.
- Collaborate with document control and engineering teams to ensure proper tracking, review, and approval of interface-related documents and correspondence.
- Ensure all interface activities adhere to Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAEP) and project-specific requirements.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance during interface-related construction and commissioning activities at site.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC or LSTK projects, with at least 5 years in an Interface or Coordination role.
- Demonstrated experience with Saudi Aramco projects, procedures, and interface protocols is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of multi-discipline integration, particularly involving submersible pump systems, wellhead equipment, and associated infrastructure (piping, electrical, I&C).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand and coordinate technical documents, schedules, and interface drawings.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and interface tracking software.
- Saudi Aramco-approved Interface Manager (preferred or fast-track eligible).
- Experience in brownfield or well relocation projects in remote desert environments.
- Familiarity with interface-related risk identification and mitigation planning.
