Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements, and supporting our business objectives.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and client requirements, including local Saudi Arabian regulations
Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations
Collaborate with project teams to provide contractual guidance and resolve disputes
Coordinate with legal, procurement, and finance departments to streamline contract processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records
Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting contract management
Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
MRICS professional membership or equivalent certification in contract management (preferred)
Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry
In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial regulations, and industry-specific requirements
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business laws and regulations
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure
