If you’re driven by scale, impact, and the chance to build something iconic from the ground up, Qiddiya is calling for you.Role Summary:The Senior Analyst – Land Access plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of land access activities across the Transport Business Unit (TBU). The role focuses on delivering high-quality analysis, data management, and coordination to enable timely, compliant, and cost-effective land access for complex infrastructure and urban development projects.Working closely with the Manager – Land Access, this position contributes to the preparation of strategic insights, data-driven recommendations, and high-impact reports that inform leadership decisions and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in land access processes, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.Key Responsibilities:1. Support the implementation of the TBU’s land access plan, ensuring activities align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives and governance standards.2. Maintain and update the centralized land access database, capturing ownership records, permits, timelines, and compliance documentation.3. Conduct detailed analysis of land access data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to project leadership.4. Assist in the preparation of land access documentation for submission to regulatory authorities and internal governance forums.5. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals and issue resolution.6. Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor progress against KPIs and deadlines.7. Research and monitor changes in relevant regulatory frameworks, assessing potential impacts on project delivery.8. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for senior management, steering committees, and external stakeholders.9. Ensure all outputs meet Qiddiya’s standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, Geography, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong academic credentials: education from a leading university is desirable.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in land access, acquisition, urban planning, or related fields.
  • Experience working on infrastructure, urban development, or giga-project environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory processes and Vision 2030 priorities is advantageous.
