Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations to clients
Coordinate pricing and product availability with suppliers
Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and orders
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle administrative tasks related to sales support
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales support or coordinator role
Knowledge of industrial, chemical, or construction materials is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
