Position:
Project Manager – Camera Systems / Imaging Projects
Eligible Nationalities:
Egyptian, Jordanian, Syrian, Indian, Pakistani
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Age between 25–40 years
Valid driving license is a must
Transferable Iqama required
Duties and Responsibilities:
If the project involves surveillance and security camera systems:
Manage the project from start to finish: requirements analysis, scope definition, and resource planning.
Develop detailed execution schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into executable solutions.
Supervise the installation and commissioning of camera systems (CCTV, IP Cameras, storage systems, etc.).
Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and service providers.
Review engineering designs and site layout drawings related to installations.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.
Prepare periodic progress reports, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
Train internal teams or client teams on how to use the systems post-installation.
If the project involves photography or media production:
Manage photography and production teams (photographers, technicians, editors, etc.).
Coordinate shooting schedules and determine required equipment and lenses for each project.
Liaise with clients or directors to understand the creative vision and convert it into an action plan.
Ensure cameras, lighting, and locations are fully prepared before shooting.
Oversee the full production workflow including shooting, post-production (editing, color grading), and final delivery.
Monitor the project budget and ensure the highest quality within available resources.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in camera systems, security projects, or media production.
Strong technical knowledge of camera types, storage solutions, and network systems.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Primavera).
Ability to prepare professional reports and conduct problem analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
