This position is designed for a proactive individual who will play a pivotal role in supporting account targeting and penetration, assisting senior customer engagement leaders, and contributing to campaign activities.Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation by cultivating and maintaining client relationships, effectively positioning the company's services and solutions.
- Enhance company's brand reputation within the KSA market and across core sectors.
- Execute account penetration strategies to establish robust client relationships in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Take ownership of dedicated accounts, ensuring the delivery of value-added services to meet sales targets.
- Lead efforts in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and invoice collection.
- Engage in client-focused business development and networking activities to meet revenue targets and performance goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's offerings.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to expand business within existing client accounts and explore new markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to exceed client expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
- Generate high-quality content to support business development initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market landscape, business trends, and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to forge strong client relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
