
Senior Consultant – Executive Recruitment Support

- Support and manage executive search engagements from kickoff through candidate placement.
- Collaborate with hiring executives and stakeholders to define role requirements, search strategies, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct market mapping, candidate sourcing, and targeted outreach using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Evaluate candidate fit through resume screening, interviews, and behavioral assessments.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Draft compelling candidate profiles, reports, and progress updates for client and leadership review.
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in tracking systems (e.g., ATS, CRM).
- Support onboarding and transition planning for executive-level hires.
- Stay informed on industry talent trends, market dynamics, and executive compensation benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment, executive search, or senior-level talent acquisition.
- Proven experience supporting or leading searches for director-level and above positions.
- Strong ability to evaluate leadership competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and client service orientation.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
