As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will oversee the procurement of goods and services for the Resort, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery in line with Four Seasons standards. You will support the Purchasing Manager in vendor management, inventory control, and compliance with internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily purchasing operations and ensure timely ordering of suppliesMaintain vendor relationships and negotiate prices and contractsEnsure adherence to procurement policies and proceduresCoordinate with departments to meet operational purchasing needsMonitor inventory levels and support cost control effortsMaintain accurate purchasing records and documentationAssist in the onboarding and evaluation of suppliersRequirements:Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in hospitalityStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsKnowledge of procurement systems (e.g., BirchStreet or similar)Excellent organizational and communication abilitiesFluent in English; Arabic is a plusStrong understanding of local market and import regulations is an advantageWhat We Offer:Competitive tax-free salaryLive-out and travel allowance30 days' vacation + 10 public holidaysMedical & life insuranceComplimentary meals & uniform careGlobal Four Seasons travel benefitsCareer growth and development opportunities
