- Installation: Set up the machines at client locations, ensuring proper functionality.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machines, often on-site.
- Customer Support: Provide training and support to clients on machine operation and features.
- Collaborate with the technical support team and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and client site requirements.
- Maintain service tools, test equipment, and inventory of spare parts.
- Travel to various customer locations as required (regional/national).
- Documentation: Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and inventory of parts.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively.
- Communication: Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage service schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Degree or certification in electronics, engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance experience preferably with electro-mechanical or banking equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in mechanical and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize service calls.
- Field-based role, requiring travel to various client locations.
- May involve working in different environments, including retail and banking settings.
