Job Description
A Sales Specialist in a rope access company engages in developing new business in oil & gas and commercial sectors, manages client relationships and works to achieve sales targets. The role specifically highlights that candidates from India are preferred for this position
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in oil and gas and commercial markets.
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance and maintain accurate records.[4]
- Collaborate with technical, rope access, and project teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- At least 3 to 4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the oil and gas and a relevant commercial sector.
- Experience or strong understanding of rope access industry and safety procedures is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and common office software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and handle on-site client meetings, especially for oil, gas, and commercial clients.
- Fluency in Arabic(Not Mandatary) and English is advantageous knowledge of local market trends is a plus.
- Saudi driving license is strongly preferred, as it is often needed for site visits and regular client interaction throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Commitment, discipline and a results-driven approach are essential.
