- Conducting qualitative risk assessments and root cause analysis and corrective actions, aligned to continuous improvement.
- Using quality tools to monitor and improve processes, supporting QMS system according to Baker Hughes standards.
- Engaging with internal auditing teams and participating in audits
- Participating in improvement initiatives
- Participating in tender & contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contracts
- Conducting business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Company Core Values.
- Have Industrial/ Technical Diploma or minimum 5 year of equivalent experience in quality ( oil and gas environment)
- Have experience in Flow Assurance, Production Optimization product testing in oil and gas equipment
- Preferably have experience in documentation.
- Have good analytical skills with good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Have team player attitude
- Have good understanding of quality systems and industry standards.
- Have good quality control, calibration and business process modelling skills
