Job Description:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support the planning, design, and development of residential, commercial, or public structures. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical design skills, a passion for architecture, and proficiency in design software and building codes.Key Responsibilities:Develop conceptual and schematic designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and client visionPrepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar toolsAssist in creating construction documents and specificationsConduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support the planning processCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design and constructionEnsure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulationsResearch materials, products, and design trends to recommend innovative and sustainable solutionsParticipate in design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination activitiesWork with senior architects on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projectsSupport 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization efforts for client presentationsRequirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Architectural DesignStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling softwareSolid understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building materialsCreative thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of green building practices and sustainable design is a plusPortfolio demonstrating design capabilities and technical documentation experience
