- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market demand.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction Industry / Building materials.
- Technical Support and communication skills, ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.
- An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Experience in the fixings industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
