National Key Account Manager Residential & Housing - Saudi Arabia

- Enter and drive business development in the KSA Residential and Housing Sector – with a primary focus on real estate developers, housing providers and construction companies
- Develop a solid business network with relevant industry bodies and key stakeholders in the Residential & Housing sector
- Win projects through specification and preferred supplier listings in order to achieve sales budgets and to contribute to the Gerflor growth performance in Saudi Arabia
- Cooperate closely with the Regional Management, the Sales Director, and the local Sales Teams
- Develop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor Group portfolio (flooring, wall protection, accessories)
- Conduct market research activities and report market trends / requirements to the Segment Management and R&D
- Contribute to the brand awareness of Gerflor in the Residential and Housing sector
- Attend to relevant trade shows and exhibitions
- Minimum 3+ years in sales of building materials / design products to the KSA Residential & Housing sector
- Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mind-set
- Experience in working with architects and specification projects
- Proactive sales approach (hunter) and strong sales track record
- Good networking skills and the ability to develop long-term oriented business relations
- Structured working approach, able to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business fluent in Arabic and good English skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
