- Develop regional sales strategy for meeting business plan numbers developed by the group
- Working with backend & strategy teams for zoning and product pricing for optimized sales volumes
- Hiring sales resources and maintaining optimal team size to achieve sales targets
- Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales at all levels in coordination with strategy team
- Analysing & reporting sales KPIs on periodic basis to the business head(s)
- Responsible for setting monthly/quarterly targets of the sales team in coordination of strategy team
- Continuously observing listings trends, product performance as well as suggesting changes accordingly
- Identifying best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiency
- Overseeing P&Ls in order to maintain regional business profitability as per the business plan
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities.
- Evaluating new development opportunities to grow overall business
- Continuous coaching for team members by helping team members reach their full sales potential, and the ability to support and motivate sales members is essential
- Responsible for Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the regional sales staff.
- Executing sales training program based on TNA in coordination with sales strategy heads
- Initiating performance improvement interventions with the help of sales strategy team
- Working with sales ops teams to ensure optimal service levels and smooth agency and customer operations
- Overseeing market research and competitor and customer analysis on regular basis
- Raising process requirements to tech and strategy teams for optimal sales operations
- Suggesting improvements of company portal for enhancement of sales
- Developing team and consumer promotions for sales enhancement in coordination with strategy and product teams
- Conducting market outreach events and expos to enhance agency and client base
- Representing the company in expos and other real estate events
- Forging good working relationships with regulatory bodies for smooth operations
- Conduct frequent market visits alongside the sales teams to keep field knowledge intact
- Conducting morning meeting with teams to give direction on regular basis
- Overseeing special projects as assigned by the line manager
- At least 10 years previous sales management or active sales is a must
- Proven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- In depth knowledge of commercial avenue
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- A deep understanding of the market services/products
- Understanding of tech platforms sales
- Ability to accurately forecast sales
- Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
