Job Level: Mid-Senior LevelWe are seeking a seasoned Industrial Security Investigation Specialist to join a leading organization in Jubail. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in industrial security—not corporate—who are experienced in conducting sensitive investigations and ensuring safety and compliance in both workplace and community settings.Key Responsibilities:Conduct investigations into reported cases of theft, fraud, vandalism, bribery, forgery, misbehavior, and fights occurring on company property or in community areas.Prepare and submit thorough investigation reports to the Security Department Manager and assist in taking appropriate corrective actions.Work closely with HR and relevant department heads on cases involving employees, ensuring proper coordination and follow-up.Liaise with local law enforcement where necessary, particularly in criminal or escalated matters.Resolve conflicts and disputes within the community with patience, diplomacy, and fairness, ensuring all parties are heard.Supervise Security Investigators and ensure timely and accurate reporting.Maintain and archive investigation records and provide regular statistical summaries to management.Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Department Manager.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field.6+ years of relevant investigative experience, specifically in industrial environments.Solid understanding of investigative procedures, evidence handling, and legal protocols.Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.Moderate proficiency in English (written and spoken).Strong reporting and documentation skills.Saudi nationals are preferred for this position.This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a secure, compliant, and respectful working and living environment.
