Implementing Quality Control Procedures:
Overseeing the application of welding procedures, including those related to Aramco Schedule-Q.
Conducting Inspections and Audits:
Regularly monitoring welding quality and productivity, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborating with Teams:
Working closely with project management, engineering, and other teams to proactively address and resolve welding-related issues.
Maintaining Documentation:
Keeping accurate records of welding activities, inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
Ensuring Compliance:
Adhering to Saudi Aramco standards and regulations, as well as other relevant industry standards.
Monitoring Welding Procedures:
Ensuring the proper execution of welding procedures (WPS), welder qualifications (PQR), and material certifications.
Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs):
Overseeing the process of issuing, tracking, and resolving NCRs related to welding.
Promoting Safety:
Ensuring that all welding operations are conducted safely and that welders comply with health and safety regulations.
Providing Training and Guidance:
