- Lead the full operation of the subsidiary across marketing, sales, and execution to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the group’s direction, focusing on execution and measurable results.
- Drive sales performance through effective marketing, lead generation, and conversion management.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing performance, including CPL, lead quality, and funnel efficiency.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing and sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.
- Ensure tight alignment between marketing activities and sales outcomes.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, and position the company effectively.
- Maintain operational discipline and ensure efficient use of budgets and resources.
- Saudi nationality and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven senior leadership experience in marketing and sales with a track record of driving revenue growth and end-to-end go-to-market initiatives
- Experience leading B2C sales for real estate (off-plan and ready units), including managing the full customer journey from lead to closing
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling marketing and sales teams with a team size of 8+ direct/functional reports
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking
- Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for digital marketing measurement and tracking
- Hands-on performance marketing experience managing Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- Real estate marketing and sales experience supporting real estate development projects
- Hands-on experience optimizing lead generation funnels using CPL/CPA and lead-quality metrics tied to sales outcomes
- Arabic (native or fluent)
- English (business fluent)
- Experience reporting directly to a CEO or equivalent executive leader with regular performance/KPI reporting
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree
