We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neurodivergent candidates to apply.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the administration of head contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.Prepare, review, and issue contract documentation including scopes of work, variations, and payment claims.Monitor and manage subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.Assess, negotiate, and process variations and claims in accordance with contract terms.Support the preparation of monthly progress claims and reports.Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, registers, and documentation.Liaise with the project manager, site team, subcontractors, and clients to resolve contractual or commercial issues.Ensure compliance with Worley procedures, legal requirements, and relevant standards.Assist in the preparation and review of procurement schedules and tender evaluations.QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a contracts administration role, ideally within mining or industrial construction projects
  • Familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, or similar) is considered an advantage
  • Strong skills in organization, documentation, and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
  • Willingness and ability to work in a site-based environment, including remote or rotation-based schedules
