- Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee records.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and employee performance trends.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support HR planning and strategic decision-making.
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Assist in benchmarking compensation data against industry standards.
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with local labor regulations.
- Support internal audits and compliance reporting as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: +3 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function. with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.g., student leadership, finance internships) are encouraged to apply.
