1. Provide medical care: Deliver emergency medical care, first aid, and treatment to workers as needed.
2. Conduct health assessments: Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and track worker health.
3. Develop health programs: Create and implement health promotion programs, wellness initiatives, and injury prevention strategies.
4. Collaborate with site management: Work with site management to identify and mitigate health hazards, develop safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Maintain records: Keep accurate records of worker health, injuries, and illnesses.
6. Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with workers, management, and external stakeholders on health-related matters.Skills and Qualifications:
1. Nursing degree: A degree in nursing (BSN or equivalent) is typically required.
2. Occupational health experience: Experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a related field is preferred.
3. Certifications: Certifications like OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or first aid training may be required.
4. Communication skills: Strong communication skills in Arabic language and English and interpersonal skills are essential.
5. Ability to work independently: Project Site Nurses often work independently in remote or dynamic environments.
