Headquartered in Riyadh.An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator, OMC Located in Jubail, KSAReport to: Operation ManagerJob post start date :14/08/2025Job post end date : 30/09/2025Job Purpose:Liaison and gatekeeper for long-term planning & system compliance.Job Summary:Liaison for long term planning & system compliance. Updating and uploading documents in system. Responsible for IMRS meetings and walkthroughs, preparation of shutdown & TAM list.Role responsibilities:
  • Check equipment and system without Tag and PM in SAP system.
  • Ensure spare part availability for critical & non-critical equipment.
  • Strong SAP, Planning and scheduling experience (MS Project and P6-Primavera)
  • Yearly mapping for PM and CM with cost
  • Prepare a shutdown list. Assist in TAM List Preparation.
  • Ensure toolbox talk & safety walkthrough is done weekly.
  • Ensure IMRS forum meeting is done monthly.
  • Update department risk register and share it with TQM.
  • Update and upload forms and procedure in eDMS. Focal point for all internal and external audit.
  • Review and validate PM deferral and Risk Assessment
  • Ensure PM re-schedule date for critical PM's and PM deferrals
  • Monitor, report and control actions for open PM RA's, open actions and RA approval status
  • Revise and monitor SD PM plans and ensure it is part of Plant Downtime & avoid it is missed after challenge meetings during SD and TAMs
  • Monitor and control PRT PM update open actions and follow it till update in SAP
  • Analyze repeated PM's and CM's which are not adding value or without findings from maintenance and work with concern department to revise PM plans, frequency or develop PM's for repeated CMs
  • Monitor and control Failure reports and RCA's open actions related to plant critical equipment's
Qualification and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, engineering or 15 years of diploma on mechanical or E&I experience.10-15 years of experience in relevant field of maintenance/planning/operation on Oil and Gas companies.Skills and Competencies:
