Manage the assigned partners agreement in coordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teams Develop and utilize the commercial dashboards for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for performance improvement. Weekly pipeline review with the PBs in coordination with the sales team Understand the Market intelligence, Trends, competitors moves and behavior, SWOT Analysis, market drives. Products development and market development Full understanding of competitors offers, products and systems Work with the product mangers to assure launching products meeting the market requirements Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Channels manager to cover the targeted segments and insure channel targets are met Coordinate with Sales, and pricing team for project specific ,commercial support Support PB Channel Mrktg to deploy PB programs for different PBs categories in KSA Define with sales team the key targets per account (Sales, segments, ..etc) and ensure they are achieved , implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions To follow up program with PB and SCM to meet Project deadlines for Panel Delivery Support the initiative of Localization as needed Assessment of the existing panel builders, recommend actions and development plans how to grow in the business Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering 7-10 years minimum experience leading and controlling Panel Builders channels business in KSA or region Should be an Electrical engineering graduate with minimum 7 years experience in KSA / ME Region with an international vendor or with reputed Panel builder as Projects Manager. Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs ,MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems and Assemblies Thorough Hand on experience in End to End Project execution of LV Switchgear including Estimation, Design & Assembly Fluent in English and Arabic languages. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia market and PB channels including knowledge on Channels and competition. Should be willing to travel frequently within KSA. Proven Project management skills with full understanding of all process/stake holders
