Job Description:Manage product catalogProvide ad-hoc reportsRun and monitor the billing cyclesRun and monitor system jobs including rating, re-rating, online and batch operations, and CDR processing jobsReview and Resolve tickets within the target SLARespond to and resolve system alerts and eventsResolve rating issues on daily basisWork with other departments to deliver the billing and revenue reporting on timely basisMonitor the system backup and execute restoration testsPlan and deploy changes, and execute post-deployment checkMonitor system performance and run periodic health checkSkills:ITIL CertifiedExperience with industry best practicesExperience in CDR reconciliation and bulk processingExperience in product catalog, billing cycle and revenue reportingExperience with telecom billing is a must, preferred in Oracle BRMExperience in incident management, problem management and change managementTeam worker; will be required to acquire knowledge transfer from other IT operations team members and act on their behalfStrong command of windows and LINUX administrationStrong command of SQLStrong command in shell scripting or development (.net or Java)Strong communication skills
