- Direct the strategic planning and development of Gaming and eSports projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall vision, objectives, and market positioning.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to execute the development of diverse Gaming and eSports offerings including theme parks, live entertainment venues, and attractions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to inform project decisions and validate the financial viability of initiatives.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to conceptualize and realize innovative entertainment experiences.
- Effectively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, and industry partners.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and milestones achieved.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive practices to enhance Qiddiya's market position in entertainment.
- Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in entertainment development, with extensive experience in leading large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full lifecycle of entertainment development initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, funding, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices in entertainment development.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
