The Facilities Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, including equipment, systems, and buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Perform maintenance tasks such as HVAC system maintenance, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
Respond to facility-related emergencies and perform repairs as needed
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Assist in the development and implementation of facility maintenance plans and procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
