HSE Manager

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Lead site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and hazard control measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures to minimize workplace incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE practices and emergency response plans.
• Monitor and report on incidents, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure legal compliance and handle audits and inspections.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety performance and awareness.
• Maintain documentation and records related to safety inspections, incident reports, and training sessions.
• Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a health, safety, and environment (HSE) role, preferably within an industrial or engineering setting.
• Prove track record as an HSE Engineer or in a similar safety-focused leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and international HSE standards.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
