Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesOperation & MaintenanceCarry out routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of plant and machinery.Assist in breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.Ensure proper functioning of equipment such as excavators, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators, loaders, etc.Safety & ComplianceFollow safety procedures and OEM guidelines while operating and maintaining equipment.Ensure compliance with EHS standards and site safety norms.Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or near-miss incidents immediately.Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and checklists.Coordinate with supervisors for spares requirement and maintenance schedules.Coordination & HousekeepingCoordinate with operators, site teams, and vendors for smooth equipment operation.Ensure proper housekeeping in workshop and equipment areas.
