Job DescriptionAMC Tender Officer holds the responsibility to review, in accordance with the AMC Tender Manager, the design and implementation of an effective RFP (Request for Proposals) process which includes scope of delivery, pricing and delivery timelines. Once the RFP process is concluded and in accordance with the AMC Tender Manager, the AMC Tender Officer holds the responsibility to guarantee the compliance to contracts' prescriptions.Salary - SAR 22,000 to SAR 26,000 + BenefitsKey Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:(Results this role is expected to accomplish) * Respond directly to the AMC Tender Manager.

Support the AMC Tender Manager in the coordination with the Contracts Department.
Support the AMC Tender Manager in offering an effective liaison, support and assistance between the AMC Tender Department and the Client, through the Art and Culture Liaison.
Develop and prepare the tender process strategy, for the specific need of each sub-program, in accordance with the Client's guidelines.
Develop plans for streamlining and managing the tender process functions, analysis and documenting through the systems approved by the Client.
Once the RFP process is concluded, coordinate with the Contracts Department for the finalization of all contracts.
Support the AMC Tender Manager in the verification of compliance to the contracts.
Attend executive meetings and progress meetings.
comments of non-compliance, and / or area of concern and corrective actions.
Build relationships with AMCs and GCs.
Perform all duties in compliance with related regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations as set by the Client.
Resolve or escalate issues and initiates corrective and mitigating actions.

Education and Qualifications * The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in law or business and administration from an internationally recognized university and over 15 years' experience in the specific field gained on similar projects.

Experience of direct oversight of the following functions: RFP and tender processes, procurement environment, contracts, project management and event production. Experience gained on large projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership capability.
Experience of working internationally.
