- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of procurement systems in both government and commercial sectors.
- Strong background in the SABER platform and conformity certificate procedures.
- Experience in dealing with international suppliers, negotiating prices, and payment terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to prepare and follow up on RFQs, bids, and contracts.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 21days annual leave.
- Salary from 4,000 SAR to 6,000 SAR (including housing and transportation), depends on experience and interview.

- 1 year contract, renewable.
- Valid Iqama with at least 3 months validity and?transferable
