- Direct and manage all phases of apartment development projects, from initial concept through to completion.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and detailed market analysis to identify profitable development opportunities.
- Formulate project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to design specifications and compliance with regulations.
- Engage with governmental authorities and community stakeholders for project approvals and support.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing periodic reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Address project challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Promote innovation and sustainability in residential apartment developments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in residential development, particularly focused on apartment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects through all project phases.
- Strong understanding of local markets, regulations, and residential design principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in the Middle East region’s development landscape is a plus.
