- Own product strategy across one or more areas and shape the tribe(s) roadmap, ensuring decisions ladder to company priorities and clear outcomes.
- Create alignment across squads and functions by setting common direction, resolving priority conflicts, and making tradeoffs explicit at tribe level.
- Be the senior product voice for your areas with leadership and stakeholders, communicating clear narratives, choices, and results.
- Identify and size the biggest opportunities using customer insight, market context, and commercial impact, then guide investment decisions accordingly.
- Own portfolio outcomes and the metrics narrative: define the KPI set, build visibility through dashboards and reviews, and use it to steer tradeoffs and investment.
- Lead complex cross functional initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, pace, and quality.
- Raise the bar on product execution and ways of working: briefs, discovery standards, launch readiness, post launch learning, and decision hygiene.
- Build durable systems that scale: operating cadences, governance forums, metrics, and feedback loops that keep multiple squads moving in one direction.
- Coach and develop PM talent through mentoring, feedback, and clear standards. This role has the potential to be on a management track which will involve hiring and performance management responsibilities as the org scales.
- Proven product leader who has owned strategy and outcomes across a complex portfolio or multi squad scope.
- Strong judgment and strategic clarity: sets direction, places smart bets, and makes tradeoffs that align senior leaders.
- Commercial and data fluent: connects product decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Leads through influence: aligns Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams and drives decisions through clear narratives.
- Bonus: multi market experience, marketplaces or ticketing or other transactional products, and building new product lines or scaling platforms.
