FM Site Supervisor - Riyadh

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in FM or building operations.
• Ability to manage technician teams, scheduling, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage on-site challenges effectively and make quick decisions.
• Fluent in English.
