Our innovative products have successfully processed over 6 billion (yes, billion with a B) orders so far! making Foodics one of the most rapidly evolving SaaS companies to ever emerge from the MENA region.The Job in a Nutshell💡The Senior Software Engineer - Backend with be contributing to both fintech solution design and architecture to become part of our global expansion, this role will be working with some of the finest Software Engineers in the region fostering our Foodics Pay, fintech solution.What You Will Do❓
  • Deliver a word class service for new and existing clients
  • Handle customer needs at their locations for All Foodics Services, RMS, Pay, Online
  • Visit client's sites and ensuring quality of services
  • Handle location specific onboarding, installations, trainings, replacement and support requests
  • Work with other departments on clients escalated tickets to deliver on demand support
  • Handle requests on-demand and within company's SLA
  • Work closely with outlet team and operations for clients on-demand and general support requests
What Are We Looking For❓
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, Computer Science
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably with Information Technology / Software and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products experience
  • Knowledge in software, networking and POS systems
  • Comfortable with handling high volume of requests and calls received on our unified number.
  • Flexible to deliver work out of working hours/Public Holiday calls and visits
  • High problem-solving skills - able to identify problem and find solutions
  • Comfortable in English and Arabic language - communicating with confidence
  • Good commands over MS Office Applications - Excel on specific
  • Must have valid driving license and owning a car to be used for business requirements such as installation, site visits, training requests, etc.
Who Will Excel❓
  • Knowledge of Networking, POS, ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience with escalation tickets handling and CRM is a plus
