إجراء التحقيقات على موقع العمل وتحليل البيانات (الخرائط والتقارير والاختبارات والرسومات وغيرها).
إجراء الدراسات الفنية ودراسات الجدوى ووضع مخططات تلبي المواصفات الفنية.
تقييم المخاطر المحتملة وتحديد المواد والتكاليف.
ومن الهدف الوظيفي للمهندس المدني تقديم المشورة والحلول المناسبة لمشكلات البناء والتشييد.
الإشراف على الموظفين والتواصل مع المناصب الإدارية المختلفة.
إعداد التقارير بشكل دوري عن حالة المشروع.- Manage, design, develop, and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies and develop plans that meet technical specifications.
- Assess potential risks and determine materials and costs.
- Provide advice and appropriate solutions to construction and building problems.
- Supervise staff and communicate with various management positions.
- Prepare periodic reports on project status.Qualifications:
- BS.c in Civil Eng.
- (3) years experience in the Civil Engineer in the projects Sites (Structure).
- Excellent in the English Language (Speaking & Writing).
- Valid & Transferable Iqama.
