- Actively participate in the KBR Zero Harm safety program
- Lead project constructability program for all projects in the Khobar office.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement safety protocols, and lead incident investigations as needed.
- Maintain environmental standards, including spill prevention and waste management, in line with local and international regulations.
- Participate in safety inspections and audits of Contractor’s fabrication and erection facilities.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for oil and gas construction projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain project constructability registers through all project phases.
- Identify project drivers through commissioning, procurement and engineering that support project constructability programs.
- Identify optimum construction sequencing in brownfield environments to support tie-in or general construction work.
- Ensure heavy lift and logistics requirements for brownfield work activities are included within the constructability program.
- Identify construction solutions for maximising off-site fabrication for reducing site related hours.
- Identify construction solutions in brownfield environments that minimise shutdown time to operations.
- Participate in site surveys to identify resolutions for project constructability programs.
- Manage and motivate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability among project personnel.
- Resolve conflicts and address performance issues promptly to maintain productivity.
- Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders to stay within budget.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting cost performance and forecasting.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and community stakeholders to address concerns and ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Oversee quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and commissioning of oil and gas infrastructure.
- Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI) and client specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including schedule delays, supply chain disruptions, and geopolitical challenges.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues, such as weather disruptions or equipment failures.
