SWATX is seeking a Logistics Applications Manager to oversee the implementation and management of applications that support our logistics and supply chain operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics applications are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness, enabling us to meet our operational goals. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs, drive system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration of logistics solutions across the organization.Your leadership will play a crucial role in guiding the logistics team in adopting best practices and leveraging technology to improve overall performance and operational excellence.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in logistics application management or related field.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain processes, and relevant applications.
Proven track record of managing application projects and enhancements in a logistics environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and empower team members.
Experience with application integration and data management in logistics systems.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
