To oversee and manage all operations within the frozen warehouse (-18?C), ensuring efficient storage, handling, inventory management, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and performance.Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in cold storage/warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in warehouse/inventory management systems (WMS).Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality/safety standards.Ability to work effectively in a -18?C environment for extended periods.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good communication and organizational skills.Working Conditions:
