- Ensures administrative tasks are completed as needed in the organization
- Assists the Manager with operational issues
- Facilitates schedules of clinicians as per operational demand
- Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
- Prepare and file forms and other documents.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Update logs and order forms
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
- Recognizes the necessity to continuously develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position.
- Attends training sessions offered by the company and its subsidiaries’ to uphold professional portfolio as required.
- Dress appropriately to the expectations of the specific work areas.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with company policy..
- Participates as a valued team member promoting and contributing to a supportive team environment..
- Identifies training and development needs of junior staff.\Participates in, contributes to, and implements quality improvement ideas and principles.
- Monitors and evaluates departments operations and services in order to identify and correct problems, improve systems and ensure a safe quality service.
- Participates in internal audit programs.
