Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Site Engineer in Riyadh to oversee the safe and efficient installation and dismantling of scaffolding (RingLock) and formwork systems across construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinating with site teams to deliver projects on schedule.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation and dismantling of scaffolding and formwork systems according to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, plans, and engineering specifications.
  • Enforce safety protocols and monitor quality standards to ensure work is performed to the highest levels of compliance and workmanship.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams to enhance productivity, accuracy, and performance.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders on project milestones and achievements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve site-related challenges to minimize delays and disruptions in project timelines.
  • Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel to align work activities with the overall construction schedule.
  • Ensure all scaffolding structures are erected and maintained in accordance with industry regulations and project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in scaffolding, formwork, and site engineering roles within the construction or industrial sector.
  • Work Experience in RingLock Scaffolding
  • Speak & Write in English language
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, formwork design, and structural safety.
  • Sound knowledge of construction site operations, HSE regulations, and quality management.
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Certifications in scaffolding safety or formwork systems are an advantage.
