Mobile Financial Services Principle Professional

• Develop and implement Mobile Financial Services section policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services.
• Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Financial Services to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employees in a motivated work environment
• Identify new Mobile Financial Services to be developed based on the Marketing Plan.
• Develop Mobile Financial Services Project Plans and track progress on milestones, budgets and outputs to make sure new services are being efficiently developed
• Review and challenge the assessment of technical and non-technical requirements of Mobile Financial Services with the support of digital team and value added service
• Validate solutions in coordination with CX, Technology and monitor communication with IT regarding enhancements to billing and customer care.
• Perform other duties as required by the executive management as needed.

• Strong experience and in-depth understanding of strategic and operational planning and project management, including budgeting and financial follow-up
• Strong mix of Banking and telecom experience or ICT.
