We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Investment Banking Manager to join our growing team. As an Arranging Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading our arranging operations.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for transactions and deals that meet client objectives and expectations.- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility, valuation, and risks of the transactions and deals.- Prepare financial models, projections, and reports to support the decision-making process and present the business case to clients and stakeholders.- Coordinate and manage the due diligence process to verify the information and data provided by the parties involved in the transactions and deals- Negotiate and draft the terms and conditions of the transactions and deals with the parties involved, such as buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, or regulators.- Oversee and execute the closing process of the transactions and deals, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.- Maintain communication and relationship with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing updates, feedback, and advice.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
