- Design and produce compelling visual content for:
- Social media, website banners, digital ads
- Sales and marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations)
- Guest-facing materials (menus, signage, in-room collaterals, event invites)
- Environmental graphics, wayfinding, and event branding
- Ensure consistency with brand identity across all visual communications for each property
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns, promotional initiatives, and on-site activations
- Coordinate with in-house and regional marketing teams for approvals and revisions
- Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure quality production and timely delivery
- Maintain and organise a shared design archive and asset library
- Adapt visuals to multiple formats, resolutions, and languages where required
- Proactively propose creative ideas to enhance guest engagement through design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Knowledge of brand systems and rollout strategies across multiple properties
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour, and print production
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Experience in photography, video editing, or motion graphics is an advantage
- A flexible, collaborative mindset with sensitivity to cultural nuances in design
