  • Mentor junior doctors and healthcare staff in emergency protocols and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Ideal Profile
  • Medical degree with completed training in Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine
  • Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of post-specialty clinical experience in emergency settings
  • Eligibility for consultant classification with Saudi health authorities
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
